Arrival & condition
I check the watch’s condition against your photos and description.
Shipping
Please contact me before shipping. We’ll agree on the method, coverage, and cost first.
Before You Ship
Take clear photos of the front, back, sides, crown, bracelet or strap, and any existing damage.
Keep boxes, papers, extra straps, and other accessories at home unless I ask for them.
Wrap the watch to prevent scratches and movement, cushion it inside a sturdy inner box, and place that box inside a plain outer carton with padding on all sides.
Confirm the shipping method and available coverage before sending the watch. Keep the tracking number, declared-value details, and delivery confirmation until it is safely back with you.
When It Arrives
I'll review the watch's condition, explain the recommended work, and obtain your approval before service begins.
I check the watch’s condition against your photos and description.
I explain the proposed repairs, parts, and any concerns before you approve the work.
I complete the approved work and relevant checks.
We arrange tracked return shipping, expressly confirmed protection, and signature delivery unless another permissible method is agreed.
Planning Guide
These ranges are a general planning guide for domestic round-trip shipping. International shipments are quoted individually. Final costs depend on the carrier, destination, declared value, speed, and available coverage.
Tracked inbound and return shipping, appropriate declared-value coverage where available, and signature delivery.
Higher declared-value coverage, discreet double-box handling, tracking, and signature delivery.
Coverage review before shipment, agreed return shipping, tracking, and signature handling as appropriate.
High-value method selected around declared value, destination, carrier limits, and available third-party coverage.
I'll confirm the shipping plan and expected cost before anything ships. Declaring a value does not, by itself, guarantee coverage; the selected carrier's terms and any separate insurance must be checked.
Before shipment, we must separately confirm your full declared value and your accepted liability limit. The standard property-liability limit is $2,500 per watch unless a higher amount is expressly accepted in writing. A higher declared value does not increase that limit. Do not ship until you accept the written arrangement.
Unless the written plan expressly assigns transit risk to us or law requires otherwise, you bear accidental inbound risk until actual acceptance by us or our authorized receiving agent, and accidental return risk after the carrier physically accepts the package. We remain responsible for our own breach or negligence, subject to the terms where lawful.
No particular insurance coverage is promised. Any protection must be confirmed in writing, including its limit, deductible, restrictions, and claim procedure. Review sections 11–13 and section 16 of the terms before shipping.
Report missing or damaged shipments promptly and keep the packaging and records. The requested seven-day notice for visible damage helps claim handling; it is not an automatic forfeiture deadline.
Use the Request Service page. Send a watch only to the receiving address confirmed in your shipping plan.
