Limited Service Warranty

If I worked on it and there is a service-related problem, I want to make it right.

The 12-month warranty covers problems tied to the work I performed. It does not turn an older watch into a new one, so normal wear, accidents, water damage, and unrelated failures are handled separately.

Covered

Problems directly connected to the completed service.

  • Correction of service-related issues arising from work performed by L.M. Campbell, LLC.
  • Defects in workmanship directly related to the completed service.
  • Reasonable post-service timing or functional adjustment related to covered work.

Not Covered

Wear, accidents, environmental damage, or unrelated failures.

  • Normal wear, aging, or deterioration of components.
  • Drops, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Water, moisture, magnetism, corrosion, battery leakage, or contamination.

A Note About Vintage Watches

Age always matters.

Older watches can have limitations that no service can completely remove. Water resistance, parts availability, worn components, and previous repairs may affect what can reasonably be guaranteed. Those limitations should be discussed before service, not discovered after it.
